false claim on the trademark

Someone wrote me an email saying that he has a trademark for a domain I own. After searching thru the TESS database, I didn't find any trademark for the phrase.

He made a false claim that he hold the trademark. Is it illegal to say that you have a trademark when you don't?

First... I will say to him... First come first served... Did he registered the domain name... no... he did not so he does not hasve the trade mark... You have registered on your name so you are the owner... That person is just trying to harass ya...

Well this is just my opinion.. :)

So whats the domain name...???
