How would I go about auctioning a domain name? Are there any specific sites that can provide information on how to transfer domain ownership and billing? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Well check http://www.sedo.com .... loki of http://www.lokitorrents.com sold his domain name and everything else over ther... lol.. :)

About transferring:
All you have to do is give a proper information to the registrar for the transfer... and they will do it for you... The registrar is the company that your domain name is registered with.. :)
